Time to strengthen your body! Only 1,2,3,4 steps! November

Autumn prepares for "winter sleep", the trees drop their last leaves and peace comes to nature... We are "tempered" with crisp mornings, fresh air, gusts of wind and frost. Pleased with a cozy afternoon sun and the first straw. November causes depression for someone, sadness for another, and someone else catches the fog and goes for long walks with the last leaves rustling under their feet. November is the darkest month of the year, when nature falls asleep, but we must brace ourselves…

November, the "bridge" between autumn and winter, comes with temperature fluctuations and puts an additional burden on the body. To help your body survive the stress of the off-season, you need to be physically active, eat right and pay special attention to the skin care of your face and body.

PUT SEASONAL PRODUCTS IN YOUR STOMACH!

The menu should include seasonal vegetables and fruits, which are truly the best source of substances needed by the body.

Choose yellow in November! Sea buckthorn, pumpkins, cauliflower, persimmons and winter apples - Antonovka contains a significant dose of antioxidants and vitamins. They are excellent low-calorie products rich in fiber. Vitamins strengthen the body's defenses, while fibers simultaneously provide a feeling of satiety and help maintain perfect body contours. In addition, persimmons, and especially apples, will serve as a good dessert if you fry them, put them in a pie or turn them into marmalade.

In this coldest autumn month, the body needs warm, healthy, tasty and filling food - pumpkin porridge for breakfast or pumpkin soup for lunch!

Sea buckthorn is an excellent source of B vitamins, which also contain vitamins C, K and P. They are useful for strengthening blood vessels and bones, restoring connective tissue, and are also an excellent anti-cold agent. The sea buckthorn tonic drink will strengthen the body's immunity any day in November! Take equal amounts of mint and sea buckthorn leaves, pour a liter of hot water over them and leave to infuse for 5 to 6 hours. Drain, add 50 g of honey and the tonic drink is ready. If you notice the first signs of a cold, make a hot sea buckthorn berry and ginger drink.

DOUBLE THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES!

In autumn, the air becomes much colder, so when exercising in the fresh air, do not forget to breathe properly. Take a deep breath through your nose, this will warm the inhaled air until it reaches your lungs. And, exhale through the mouth so as not to catch a cold. In the cold months of the year, it is important to walk and move more. Compared to the summer, it was quite enough to spend 30 to 40 minutes doing sports to keep fit. In the fall, physical activity decreases, and precisely because of this, the process of training classes must become at least twice as intense to achieve the result.

It is important to observe the water balance in the body. If you do sports "for real", the body loses water during exercise. In summer, dehydration is noticeable, you feel thirsty, but in autumn, dehydration is not visible. Since water in the body participates in thermoregulation processes, dehydration is dangerous, because when the body loses water, it starts to freeze. When going to training, don't forget a bottle of clean, non-carbonated water that you remember to drink between training stages.

After class, when you get home, take a warm shower. This will help you warm up and relax your muscles.

REMEMBER TO DRESS CORRECTLY!

If you can wear "light" clothing at the beginning of autumn, then in November the clothing should be multi-layered. It will help not to freeze and feel comfortable. The zero layer is the thinnest. It can be clothing made of thermal underwear or any other synthetic material. Yes, natural materials can play tricks on you - cotton can get wet and, as a result, your body can cool down too much and you can get sick. Next up is a T-shirt or long-sleeved shirt. Sweatpants can be worn with shorts. In November, in order to keep your feet from freezing, sports shoes should have a thicker sole, and sports socks should be half-length or long. In order not to catch a cold, never wear short socks.

GENTLY CLEANSES, MOISTURIZES AND NOURISHES THE SKIN!

In November, the weather has changed drastically and the skin feels it. Cold, wind, humidity just like you, it's a challenge for the skin too. So, your skin will say "thank you" for extra care.

Carefully choose skin care products, they should contain substances that improve the skin's protective capabilities and restore its hydrolipid mantle. For example, almond oil contains oleic acid, which is close to the lipids of the skin, thus providing skin protection.

November's motto is moisturizing and nourishing the skin. Pay special attention to the content of vitamin A, C, E in cosmetic products.

The mood of November predicts gentle cleansing of the skin, so "scrubs" are used with caution. Under the influence of changing weather conditions, the skin can become extremely sensitive, so you should choose especially gentle cleansing products that contain lactic acid, the latest generation moisturizers and gentle foamers. For deeper skin cleansing, cosmetics containing fruit acids are used, which exfoliate damaged skin cells, deeply renew the skin, smooth fine wrinkles and retouch irregular skin pigmentation. Choose moisturizing shower gels or shower oils for body care. A scrub containing salt and essential oil is suitable for gentle cleansing of the skin. If you want to prepare the scrub yourself, grind oatmeal and mix it with coffee grounds. Take a tablespoon of coffee grounds and ground oatmeal, add a teaspoon of honey and a little milk.

The color of November is orange - even in the worst of times, an orange peel will cheer you up. Take half a cup of sea salt, ¼ cup of olive oil, a tablespoon of lemon juice and two tablespoons of chopped orange peel. Everything is mixed and applied to wet body skin with massaging movements. Gently cleanse the skin with circular movements and then rinse off in the shower.

Although the activity of the sun in autumn is not the same as in summer, you cannot completely forget about sun protection. If your skin is prone to pigmentation, remember to always use creams with SPF, reducing this factor to 20 in the winter season.

SLEEPING DEPRESSION HELPS THE SKIN!

Every year on the third Thursday of November, France and around the world celebrate the new Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrive . Residents open bottles of "New Wine Harvest" and celebrate. We can also support this fun tradition, and open bottles of red wine, because it also has its own accepted purpose for health and skin. The main thing is not to overdo it!

100 g of BOJOLE nuovo contains 95 kCal. But there are many good things in this wine – B2, PP, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium and iron. This red wine is perfect for any event in November.

November is by no means a reason to indulge in autumn depression - autumn sadness. Delight yourself and your loved ones with autumn delicacies that will strengthen your immunity and improve your mood even in the darkest of times.
